Three Roscommon properties go under the hammer at the latest Allsop On-Line Auction, which takes place next Wednesday, April 5th.
The auction features a range of properties from residential to commercial and the following is a breakdown of the Roscommon properties on offer.
A mid terrace two storey property in Ballaghaderreen comprising of a restaurant unit and residential accommodation has a reserve range of €45,000 – €55,000. A Restaurant / Take-Away occupies the ground floor. The first floor is comprised of a two bedroom apartment.
A vacant a mid terrace retail unit at Carrick Retail Park just off the Boyle Road in Cortober has a reserve range of €70,000 – €80,000.
The third lot is a four bedroom two-storey detached house in Ballinlough. It also has a reserve range of €45,000 – €55,000
