Social Night:
Our Social & Presentation Night is on this Saturday night in Keenan’s. Book the baby-sitter, barber, fake tan, or whatever and get ready for a good night’s craic! Refreshments will be served on the night, with music by ‘Cian’.

U16 Girls Win Again.
Our Under 16 Girls enjoyed a ten-point good win over neighbours Strokestown in a hard fought win today. The girls led by 3 at halftime, but an excellent third quarter set them up for a good win, on a scoreline of St Barrys 0-15 Strokestown 0-5.
Team: Eimear Diffley, Rosie Trautt, Ann-Marie Murphy, Lauren Hannifan, Rachel Frayne, Zoe Morris, Sarah McVeigh(0-2), Alli Ni Muiri, Annie McGarry, Edel Beirne(0-9), Katie Rogers, Lana Fallon(0-2), Chloe Rogers(0-2)
The girls face St Faithleach’s on Sunday next @4pm.

Our Under 16 Lads didn’t fare as well beaten, by a strong Kilmore/Shannon Geals outfit. The guys played well overall, but Kilmore/Shannon Geals were more clinical in possession, and lady luck deserted our lads, hitting the post 3 times in the first half.

School In All-Ireland Final:
Well done to James Bennett Jnr, Conor Mulrennan, and Nathan Beirne who represented St Barry’s on the Scoil Mhuire, Strokestown squad in the All-Ireland C championship semi final last weekend. The lads play Bagnalstown in the final on March 25th.

Community Games:
Well done to our club members who took part in the Community Games finals last weekend, especially the U13 Girls Basketball & Boys U14 Cross Country Relay teams who did do well in the competition.

Fixtures
Division 5 play Michael Glavey’s B on Friday at 12pm in Tarmonbarry.
