Sr. Mary Damien Rooney RIP, late of Newtown, Ballymacurley, Roscommon, and formerly of China, Hong Kong, and Birmingham (UK).
Predeceased by her sister of Annie Barrett. Sr. Damien is survived by her sister Irene Butler, brothers Eamon and Joe and dear friend Kathleen Kelly, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, her Religious Community, cousin Fr. Tom Grenham, relations and friends from every corner of the world.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral on Saturday, 31 December, after 11.30am Mass in the Convent Chapel. Burial in the Convent Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu to The Columban Sisters Missions.
