3 Roscommon properties sold at the latest Allsop On-Line Auction today with one reaching almost double the reserve price.

A mid terrace building comprising of two one bedroom apartments in Boyle sold for it’s starting price of €35,000.

A semi detached three bedroom house in Ballaghaderreen sold for €51,000, well above it’s starting price of €30,000, due to six interested bidders.

A detached four bedroom bungalow at Cooladine, near Ballaghaderreen had two bidders and sold for €28,000 – €8,000 above it’s starting price.

Elsewhere, there was no offers for a three storey mixed use building in Strokestown which had a starting price of €70,000. Allsop have announced that they will open up the auction again on Thursday 15th at 2:30pm with a reduced reserve price of €35,000.

A duplex three bedroom apartment in Bealnamulla, which was listed with a starting price of €75,000, was withdrawn.
