The Kilrane O’Callaghan & Co sponsored adult ladies team play Padraig Pearses in the Intermediate championship final on Saturday in Knockcroghery at 3:00pm. The Devine & Co Chartered Accountants sponsored Senior team qualified for the Semi Final of the championship with an impressiove win against Rosocmmon Gaels in Enfield on Saturday evening last. See full match report inside.

Junior Team
The Devine & Co Chartered Accountants sponsored Junior team bowed out of their Junior A Championship campaign on sunday afternoon last by a slightly stronger St.Brigids side. The gale force wind during the game made conditions very tough for both teams. We had the wind in the opening half but did not build up a big enough lead at ht where we only led 0-06 to 0-03. A goal at the start of the 2nd half by Brigids got them back on level terms and they kicked on from there and ended up winning on a final scorleine of Western Gaels 1-06 to St.Brigids 2-11. Hard luck to the team who gave such effort all year but we have achieved our promotion back to Section A of the Junior championship for 2017.

The Michael Cooney & Sons ltd sponsored U-16 team have qualified for the semi-final of the championship. Check fixtures for confirmed details.
U-14 Team
The Drury Oils Ltd sponsored U-14 team drew with Kilglass/St.Barry’s in the final round of the Div 3 championship group stages on Thursday evening last. Final scoreline Western Gaels 3-04 Kilglass/St.Barrys 2-07.
U-12 Team
The U12 team are in the County final on Saturday week 24th at 5.30 in Strokestown vs Tulsk. Confirmed fixture details next week.
