Ballymoe FC invite members of the community and surrounding areas to the official opening of their new all-weather pitch by CEO of the FAI, John Delaney, this Saturday August 27th.
Our underage teams, past players and the senior team will all be playing on the new pitch on the day. Games kick off at 12 noon with the official opening at 4pm followed by RDFL Shield between Ballymoe FC and Castlerea Celtic at 6pm.
This development should have a hugely positive impact for the community for years to come and it is the hard work of committee members and the continued support of the community that has made it possible. The celebrations will continue with music and dancing in the Grove Lounge, Ballymoe afterwards. Please note that there will be no parking on the grounds on the day. Parking will be in the Fr. Flanagan Memorial Centre. Please cooperate with parking attendants.
