The lotto draw will be held in the Red Parrot on Saturday night when the jackpot will be €1,650.

Our juniors had a comfortable win over neighbours St Joseph’s in Kilbride on Friday.

Under 14s Draw with Strokestown

Our Under 14 boys travelled to Strokestown on Friday and despite trailing by 10 points at half-time fought back to earn a much deserved draw. FT Strokestown 1-11 Kilbride 1-11.

Under 16s defeated

Hard luck to our U16 boys who were beaten by Boyle on Sunday but fought hard to the end.

Senior Ladies defeat Western Gaels

Well done to the Senior ladies who won their first league game against Western Gaels last Friday evening. The team were without Co player Siobhan Tully and County Minors Fiona Tully and Niamh Shanagher for the game. Kilbride dominated the game in the first half with Casey Keane lethal in front of goal on the night. At the half way mark Kilbride led 4-06 to 1-06. Western Gaels were the better side at the start of the second half and closed the gap to three points. However the Kilbride ladies did enough to hold onto their lead finishing out winners on a scoreline of 4-10 to 2-11.

The girls are training hard in preparation for their Feile quarter-final on Wed 6th April.

U 12 training continues this week in the community centre from 7 to 8. Don’t forget gumshield, €2 and a drink.
