Registration for the 2016 year is now falling die as the teams begin training and their matches over the next couple of weeks. At the recent AGM the fees were agreed for the 2016 and they remain the same as set during 2015:
Adult Players (Over 18’s) Ladies and Men: €100
Families: €100
Non Playing Adult Members: €50
The Club will hold a registration night next Friday night 12th February in the clubrooms between 8:30 & 10pm. Its very important that all players are registered before they play any football as they are not covered under the player injury scheme until their registration is paid up. Please make a conscious effort to attend on Friday night next.

Coaching Courses
The club is also planning to run a Level 1 coaching course which will be for coaches who have completed the foundation GAA course prior to this. It is extremely important that all our coaches involved with our underage teams have these courses completed so we would encourage as much participation as is possible. Men’s Football
Senior Team
The Senior team kick off their 2016 campaign with a home game in the Div 1 league against Roscommon Gaels on Sunday next at 2pm. We wish Gerard and the mgt team and squad the best of luck for the year ahead. Please come out and support the team on the day.
Minor Team
The Michael Cooney & Sons Ltd sponsored minor team have their first league outing with a home game against St. Croan’s on Saturday morning. Check fixtures for confirmed details.
Under 16 Team
The Michael Cooney & Sons Ltd sponsored u-16 team begum this year’s league campaign with an away game against St. Brigids on Saturday morning last. Both teams were missing some players for this first outing. The home team secured the points.
Roscommon Teams
Congrats to our county team on their fantastic win against Kerry on Sunday last and in particular to Seanie and Cathal who put in great performances on the day. Great show of support from all the Rossies on the day.
Commiserations to our Ladies team who made the long trip to Wexford but came up against a stronger team and were beaten by 8pts on the day.
