“The NowDoc out of hours service in the North Roscommon area is coming in for severe criticism on the canvass and it is an issue that must be tackled immediately”
That’s the view of Independent candidate Michael Fitzmaurice today.
“Many people have brought up the issue of the NowDoc service in the area and it is clear that it is not good enough and it is a matter that will have to be solved immediately. We have seen the problems with getting the Loughglynn Ambulance base up and running and the people of North Roscommon deserve a proper out of hours service.
It is a major issue in the area and I will be raising this matter with the HSE and the Department of Health immediately” he concluded.
